If you find you need to return or exchange an item, please email our Customer Service at gus@corps1804 to start the process. Please do not ship anything to us until we have given you a return authorization. Exchanges are handled on an individual bais, the following info is our general return policy.
Returns will be accepted for 45 days from date of sale.
Refunds will not include original shipping cost nor return shipping. Due to the high value of many of our products, insure your shipment for the full value of the product. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Note - return shipping may cost much more than original shipping.
Returns in original condition, "unused, unassembled, never installed", with all hardware, packaging and items originally sent will be charged a 10% inspection and repackaging fee. Beyond this, we try to work without customers on returns. If you got the product, opened it up, decided you did not want it but the dog ate the bag of hardware we will sort it out with you. (You can keep the bag of hardware when it comes out!) On the other hand, if you do something along the lines of installing the product and go on a trip (used condition) or drive into your garage door opening with it (damaged condition), we will not accept the return. Items that are shipped to us in these conditions will not be refunded or shipped back to you.
Products that have been installed, or used, or modified are not eligible for return. We recommend that you sell the product yourself using whatever sales method you are comfortable with, such as Craig's List, eBay, or off road/overlanding classified websites.
